We don’t charge any fees for our initial advice but we do charge a fee upon submission of a full mortgage application:
New clients and all purchases - £299
Remortgages for existing clients - £99 (although, if we find that the best deal is with your current provider, we won’t charge you anything)
BTL mortgages - free if we manage the property on your behalf, otherwise the above fees will apply.
Equity Release - £999
There will be circumstances (due to the complexity or amount of the mortgage) that a higher fee is appropriate. We will discuss any such situations at the outset.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
