We will not charge you any upfront fees for tenant referencing, credit checks or inventories. There will also be no extra fees charged during or after a tenancy ends. Instead, we will agree a monthly management fee with no hidden extras.
Our job is to find you the right tenants and ensure we provide a service that keeps them happy where they are. Just because your tenants change, why should you be punished for that by having to pay extra fees?
We only offer a fully managed service and included within the agreed monthly management fee are:
- Photographs
- 360-degree virtual tours
- Drone images (if appropriate)
- Mortgage applications on all BTL property
- Credit checks
- Referencing
- Inventories
- Deposit registration
- Rent collection
- Property inspections
- Maintenance handling and coordination (at cost price)
- Notice processing
- Final inspection and deposit dispute handling
